This revised teachers' guide for the first two years of the five-year programme contained suggestions based on the experience of numerous teachers with the original edition of Nuffield Biology, and takes into account their reactions and comments about making the Guides as helpful as possible. Examples of the extra help provided included: indications of possible teaching sequences; flow diagrams outlining the contents of each chapter; answers or comments related to questions in the Student Text.
